The Orlando Nervous System Reset Experience includes the full three-hour guided journey of somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, with an added opportunity for contrast therapy.

We begin with grounding movement and embodied awareness, transition into guided breathwork for release and regulation, and close with meditation and sound integration.

For those choosing the $75 Super Supporter Tier, sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy is included and available before or after the event.
