The Nervous System Reset Experience is a three-hour, trauma-informed healing journey designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release accumulated stress, and reconnect with a sense of safety and presence in the body.
In today’s fast-paced world, many of us live in a chronic state of fight, flight, or freeze without realizing it. This experience offers intentional space to slow down, soften the body, and allow the nervous system to return to balance — not through force, but through gentle, embodied practices.
What to Expect
This experience works through the body first, not the mind. Practices are guided with care, choice, and accessibility for all levels.
The journey includes:

Gentle somatic movement to support grounding and body awareness

Intentional breathwork focused on nervous system regulation and release

Rhythmic breathing supported by music

Guided meditation to cultivate safety and presence

A full sound healing journey to integrate and settle the nervous system
All practices are invitational. You are encouraged to rest, sit, or lie down as needed throughout the experience.
