The Nervous System Reset Experience in Chattanooga is a three-hour, in-person gathering created to support deep regulation, emotional release, and reconnection with the body.

Rather than focusing on mindset alone, this experience works with the nervous system directly — helping the body shift out of survival patterns and into a state of rest, connection, and resilience.

This is a space to slow down, breathe, and let your system recalibrate naturally.

What to Expect

This experience is guided with a trauma-informed, choice-based approach and is accessible to all bodies and experience levels.

The session includes:

• Grounding somatic movement to increase safety in the body

• Intentional breathwork designed for release and regulation

• Rhythmic breathing supported by music

• Guided meditation for presence and integration

• A full sound healing journey to support nervous system settling

You are always encouraged to listen to your body and modify or rest as needed.
