Sonic Sanctuary: Breath & Movement is a half-day immersive healing experience blending guided breathwork, embodied movement, meditation, and live multi-instrument sound healing.

This journey invites you into a deeply held container where sound becomes the sanctuary. As layers of vibration move through the space, you’ll be guided through breath, gentle movement, stillness, and rest to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection to the body.

Kennedy OneSelf weaves an expansive live sound journey using rare and powerful acoustic instruments, while Sean Owen facilitates breathwork, movement, and meditation to help integrate the experience into the body.

This is not a concert — it’s an embodied, participatory healing journey designed to meet you exactly where you are.
