Refund Policy
At All Heart Holistic Group, we are committed to creating meaningful and intentional experiences. Due to the nature of our events, workshops, and offerings, all purchases are non-refundable.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may request to transfer your purchase to another All Heart Holistic Group event of equal or lesser value within 90 days of the original event date.
To request a transfer, please email allheartholisticgroup@gmail.com prior to the start of the scheduled event.
- Transfers are limited to one per purchase
- Transfers must be used within the 90-day window and cannot be extended
- If the new event is of greater value, the price difference must be paid
- If the new event is of lesser value, the remaining balance will not be refunded
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend their scheduled event and do not notify us in advance are not eligible for a transfer.
Cancellations by All Heart Holistic Group
In the rare case that an event is canceled or rescheduled by All Heart Holistic Group, you will be offered the option to transfer to another event or receive a full refund.
