The Return To The Heart Ceremony is coming to Nashville, Tennessee for the very first time. Hosted by All Heart Holistic Group, this 4-hour immersive gathering is more than an event—it is a ceremony dedicated to opening, softening, and reconnecting with the wisdom of the heart.
Through Cacao Ceremony, Nervous System Reset practices, meditation, movement, breathwork, and sound healing, we create a sacred container for release, renewal, and remembrance. This is an invitation to return to what matters most: love, connection, and presence.

We begin with a traditional cacao ceremony to gently open the heart, set intentions, and awaken clarity.

Guided meditation and embodied yoga practices supported by live sound bowls help release tension, ground the body, and allow energy to flow.
🌬️ Breathwork Journey
A transformative breathwork practice with varying intensity, holds, and retentions designed to release blockages, regulate the nervous system, and activate bliss states.

Immersive sound healing allows the body and mind to rest, restore, and integrate the journey.
