The Nervous System Reset Experience is a three-hour guided immersion focused on stress release, emotional regulation, and embodied awareness.

Through somatic movement, intentional breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, you will be guided into a space of deeper presence and nervous system balance. We begin with grounding movement to release stored tension, transition into breathwork supported by rhythm and awareness, and close with meditation and sound to allow the system to settle and integrate.

This gathering is accessible to all levels and designed to create safety in the body while strengthening connection within community.
