Birmingham Nervous System Reset Experience

Birmingham, I’m excited to return and offer another Nervous System Reset Experience with the community.

This is a 3-hour guided workshop designed to help calm the body’s stress response and reconnect you with your natural state of balance. Through somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, we create space to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and come back into a grounded state.

Many people arrive feeling overwhelmed or carrying the weight of daily stress and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves and the people around them.

This experience is open to anyone looking for a deeper reset for the mind and body.
