Slow down, soften, and reconnect before the holiday rush. This special Christmas-season Nervous System Reset Experience is a three-hour immersion designed to calm the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart. Through grounding movement, somatic practices, restorative breathwork, meditation, and healing sound, we’ll create space for peace and presence during a season that can carry both joy and overwhelm.
This event is fully donation-based, and 100% of contributions support someone else’s healing. Donations fund scholarships for future Nervous System Reset and breathwork experiences, and a portion will be gifted to a local family or charity in need.
You can donate ahead of time through Venmo or Cash App, or bring cash in person the day of the event.
Even if you can’t attend, you’re welcome to contribute and support the mission.
