Join us for a powerful, heart-centered journey into your energetic body. This in-person workshop is designed to help you clear blockages, align your chakras, and activate the sacred Kundalini energy through movement, breath, meditation, and sound.
Guided by Sean (Naga Das) — meaning “servant to the transformative energy within” — we’ll begin with a grounded introduction to the chakra system and Kundalini, followed by a deeply experiential practice to awaken your inner current and support true energetic transformation. We’re honored to be joined by Benny Silva of Resonate Yoga, who will provide a live immersive sound healing experience throughout the entire journey. With crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and vibrational instruments, Benny will hold a sonic space that enhances your breathwork, meditation, and emotional release.
