This heart-centered ceremonial retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and step into greater clarity, courage, and authentic expression. Through cacao, breathwork, meditation, chanting, and immersive sound healing, you’ll be invited to release what no longer serves you while opening to new intentions for the season ahead.
Whether you’re brand new to these practices or have been walking a spiritual path for years, this gathering offers a welcoming and supportive space for healing, connection, and personal transformation.

Meet Your Facilitators
Sean Owen (Naga Das)
Founder of All Heart Holistic Group, Sean is a breathwork instructor, meditation and yoga teacher, Reiki Master Level III, experiential facilitator, and certified addiction recovery specialist. His work blends nervous system regulation, breathwork, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and spiritual practice into immersive healing experiences that support lasting transformation.
During this retreat, Sean will guide the group through meditation, Kundalini-inspired breathwork, nervous system regulation practices, and integration.
Radha Rose
Radha Rose is a mantra meditation teacher, voice mentor, ceremonial guide, and founder of Chant Southeast. For more than six years, she has facilitated ceremonies, kirtans, sound baths, retreats, and vocal empowerment experiences throughout the Southeast.
Her mission is to help people experience authentic expression, personal transformation, and spiritual healing through mantra, voice, and sacred sound.
Radha will guide the cacao ceremony, ecstatic chanting, vocal toning, and sound healing portions of the afternoon.
